Wow, thanks, and welcome! The fic I mention was my 2006 attempt at a Nano Novel, which got to about 30,000 words. I'm about halfway through the first draft, but other obligations and a ficathon entry have gotten in the way. Maybe I'll pick it back up next November-- some of my word count was actually for writing new material to finish this fic (including this part), which had languished far too long. I'm very pleased you're enjoying it.

I've only got 2 more completed fics, one my 10yearsofbuffy entry and the other a short piece, a dream sequence that got cut from this very early on. They're both pretty recent on my journal if you want to take a look. I think I tagged most of the drivel from nano06 under some variant of that tag, so if you Really want to see the rought first draft, by all means have at it.
