For HG/SS specifically or in any potter fic in general? For the pairing, Deeble's "What E'er Therin Is Promised" is excellent. Otherwise two favorites for overall characterizations would have to be "Death Eaters At The Malfoy Estate" by Grindylowe and my all time favorite, ever and ever, amen, "The Knight Errant Chronicles" by guernica_shaw which is ridiculously long, unfinished, SS/OC and maybe one of my favorite things I've ever read period.
