What a thoroughly intriguing, atmospheric and involving story. :)
I found it through the snape_after_dh link. :)
What a wonderful, original idea! - Dudley's son at Hogwarts! I don't think I've come across that one before in fanfic but it makes so much sense, that another magical person would be born into that family. And I just love that Davey is in Hufflepuff. Perfect!
I really like Davey :) and totally believe in Dudley's eventual reformation and acceptance of Harry.
Snape the ghost ... we loves him, precious! And, oh, I also feel so sad for him ... :(
I hope you don't mind my commenting on the Britspeak, e.g. "Say, have you remembered who you are or anything?” No Brit prefaces a sentence with 'say' like that. Back in the 1950s, somebody might have said: "I say, have you remembered etc" but that's really old-fashioned now. "Gonna ..." well, OK. Lots of London kids, and kids from other regions, swallow their vowels. But "kinda" sounds more American.

I can't wait to see how the story pans out. :)
