I don't think the POV shift bothered me either until I was doing a last read-through before posting. Harry's set up as a potential POV in the prologue, and this is really his first time alone onstage since his entrance. I think we're so conditioned to hearing Harry's story told from his limited POV in the books, that we kind of expect it-- Now that he's in, he won't relinquish control again until partway through this next chapter, and currently he gets one more scene after that. But as a writer, putting myself in Snape-space made me really sensitive to it when he was no longer the dominant POV. Kinda funny how that works.
My intention is to get 12 up sometime this weekend, perhaps today. Thanks so much for reading and commenting. I'll probably talk on more about the memories in the postmortem for this fic, as it's a central issue.
