I'm Back (?) Anyone Home?

So, It's been a while. I'm honestly surprised this hasn't been purged. At any rate, I'm coming back to some WIPs after over a decade (when did I get so old I can think in decades?)

If anyone is still out here and following me, I would love some company. I never have time in November, but I have about 50 days before I go back to school, so I'm going to see what I can finish in that time. I'm focusing on the Lost Boys sequel first (Harry Potter fandom.) I'm rereading a lot of great stuff in that fandom, but what got me back into fandom at all was Once Upon a Time, which I just discovered. Both share some unfortunate plot and characterization holes that fic is going a long way towards fixing.

I wish Neal had lived, because there's so much delicious stuff that could have been done with him and Rumple and Belle. Also, I feel like the show forgot a lot of the time that Henry is Rumplestiltskin's grandson. Rumplestiltskin, who engineered this whole entire chain of events in the first place specifically so he could find his son, Henry's father! And then most of the time at least in the first few seasons, he doesn't ... really notice Henry as anything other than the Mayor's son or Emma's son, whichever is most convenient to his plans at the time.

james_davis_nicoll reviews SF/F books, writes articles about classic SF/F for Tor.com, and posts about things of interest to old-school litSFF fandom.
kuwdora is a multifandom vidder
lannamichaels writes fic in Vorkosigan, Harry Potter, and a few other fandoms.
lizbee is in Star Trek and Doctor Who fandoms.
melannen is active in a lot of small fandoms, and I love her fic
petra is another old-school fan, mostly into Star Wars and DC comics
philomytha is into Vorkosigan and some other fandoms.
rydra_wong is in fandom, but also posts interesting things about UK politics
schneefink is general fandom and minecraft stuff, they do recs fairly often.
selenak mostly blogs about Doctor Who and Star Trek
senmut (aka merfilly) is a prolific writer in a BUNCH of fandoms
sixbeforelunch writes AMAZING Star Trek stories
sixthlight does a lot of book reviews
tielan used to be in Stargate fandom back in the day (as Seldear) and now is into the MCU
